We offer tailor-made days out. You are welcome to arrive by car, by taxi or by train. You'll be here in an hour and we will be there to meet you for a special day in the country where you're not treated as a tourist but as a part of the family.
Before you arrive we'd talk about what you would like to do. I would love to welcome you to our family table for lunch, and in the morning and afternoon we'd have time for some fun!
You want to browse antique and brocante stores, I'll share with you my favourite addresses. Would you like to visit the most beautiful local garden and château? I'll arrange for a private visit, during which you will tour the outstanding rose gardens and then be welcomed into the château for coffee, tea or an aperitif.
Do you love horse riding? We could hack out around the valley for an hour or so. If it's warm enough we could even take canoes down the river for an afternoon and get to see the most beautiful properties that are otherwise hidden.
If you wish we could pop across to Giverny for the afternoon, visit the gardens and have tea at l'Hôtel Baudy. You're interested in traditional craftsmanship, I'll take you to the studio of a specialist in French furniture restoration.

There are several options for getting here. By taxi, or by car hire. It takes approximately one hour to drive here from Paris. By train, it's easy to get a train from Paris at around 10am, make the most of the day here and return by 5pm. We'd meet you from the station, drive you around here and get you back to the station in good time for the train home.
The price of the day is 120 Euro per person, with a minimum charge of 360 Euro. For groups of over 4 people please contact me directly.
